I have started my very own audio engineering business. Just as a sole trader of course. I do live sound, run in-house systems for people pretty much. I also do demo recordings for local talent. And I'm portable! Yay! I'm taking a trip to my old hometown, Geraldton on a business trip to find some customers. I have a couple lined up so far but not enough to fill up a week's worth of work. So really working on getting the word out. I wasn't originally going to do this, because before, I had a regular client that I did live sound for every weekend which got me an extra 175 bucks. Which was great and put me in a good financial position. But then a certain larger corporate company stole them from me! And that was my only regular client! That really fucked me so I am taking desperate measures. Hopefully I get a few customers. Then I can try putting the profit towards advertising so I can get some more work back here in the city. Yay! Hopefully everything goes to plan. I am also going to start submitting my lyrics and other writing ideas since I haven't been uploading any photos lately. My apologies. I have kind of been deprived of a decent camera. I'm gonna eventually get one hopefully then I can take heaps of awesome photos and then start posting them up again. Until then, I'll try and get lucky with my camera phone.
